I took this by zooming out or in while the shutter was open. Think they call it lens blur?

I'm new to photography and to come out with a bang I decided to try and do a 365 project starting Christmas day, the day I got my D5000. Maybe I'll make it, maybe I won't. Who knows, but here's my attempt.
